“The excursion is great, our guide he was wonderful. The lake had plenty of bubbles and was nicely frozen over. All the stops were beautiful. My only complaint is it literally says in the viator page contact RAD for ice skate rentals. I literally did several days before and was met with a, oh you booked with viator we can’t rent you skates but if you cancel with viator and rebook with us you can then rent skates. So basically was being told cancel, rebook so we don’t have to pay Viator anything and then we’ll let you rent skates. Seemed like shady way for them to avoid paying Viator…”
